Premium is a DPMC product that’s built specifically to meet the needs of contract workers, providing the flexibility of working as a contractor but with the same benefits of being in full-time employment.
Premium provides you with continuous employment along with other benefits such as private healthcare and pass on discounts at the high street. Also included in this package are relevant insurances along with the certainty that your tax and NI are managed on your behalf and paid at source. We handle your invoicing, collect monies owed and run your payroll.
Premium is suitable for all temp workers, even in circumstances where self-employment or operating through a Limited Company is not feasible, which could be due to reasons such as the nature of your work, the industry you work in, or a restrictive covenant in your contract.

How does Premium work?
With Premium, DPMC becomes your employer for as long as your contract runs. We are responsible for collecting monies owed, managing your personal tax, all of your invoicing and ensuring you are HMRC compliant at all times.
As an employee of DPMC, you also receive the type of benefits that are typically only available for full-time employees.
